Terms and Conditions

1. General
Simply Anders Coaching, with Chamber of Commerce number 85416169, located in Ede, was founded by José Vroemen. Simply Anders coaching offers WielwerkCoaching and workshops to adults.

2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all oral and written agreements of or with Simply Anders Coaching and all related acts, both of a preparatory and executive nature.

3. Execution of the agreement: the coaching sessions and workshops van
Simply Anders Coaching, are performed to the best of their knowledge and ability. Taking into account the due care that may be expected from a WielwerkCoach. The adults are the clients. Simply Anders Coaching works in the service of the client's interests and according to the client's rights.

4. Investment and payment terms
The current rates for coaching and workshops are listed on the website www.gewoonanders-coaching.nl and are can also be requested by telephone, by WhatsApp, and by e-mail at Just Different Coaching.

Telephone consultation (approximately 20 minutes per contact) and e-mail contact is included in a trajectory.
After a session, payment is made by means of a payment request or cash . The prices on the website include VAT (21%). The client will receive an invoice by email. In case of non-payment, Simply Anders Coaching is entitled to suspend further guidance until the payment obligation has been met. Rate deviations are announced at least one month in advance .

5. Moving or canceling an appointment
Simply Anders Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of illness, incapacity for work, death or serious illness of a family or loved one. -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_is prevented, a session can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment. If the cancellation takes place less than 24 hours in advance, or if no cancellation has taken place at all, Simply Anders Coaching is entitled to charge 100% of the appointment rate. In case of illness, death or serious illness of family or loved one, appointments shorter than 24 hours can be canceled free of charge. Both the client and Simply Anders Coaching the agreement can terminate the agreement at any time.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy
Simply Anders Coaching is committed to secrecy of everything discussed during or in the context of the sessions, unless a legal obligation to disclose applies.

7. Liability
Simply Anders Coaching has a best efforts obligation towards the client, never an obligation of result. Simply Anders Coaching is not liable for damage of any nature whatsoever, because Simply Anders Coaching has assumed incorrect and/or incomplete data provided by the client.
Liability for indirect damage is excluded.

8. Governing Law and Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements between Simply Anders Coaching and the client to which these general terms and conditions apply. Clients of Simply Anders Coaching can submit a written complaint to jose@gewoonanders-coaching.nl Clients can also request information or report it to www.landelijkmeldpunt.nl.

9. Agreed rate
The agreed rate is 60 euros (excluding VAT), per coaching session. The session lasts between 50 and 60 minutes. The agreed rate for a meditation is 35 euros (excluding VAT). The meditation takes between 30 and 45 minutes.
