Collecting money and taking collection measures;

What is the processing based on:
Your personal data is processed to implement the agreement with you regarding the coaching process. Your personal data may also be processed in order to comply with a legal obligation, such as obligations based on tax law.
We also process personal data for the legitimate interests listed below:
the improvement of its services;
the protection of its financial interests;
Security and management of its systems;
If personal data is processed on the basis of consent, this will be requested separately.
Disclosure to third parties:
In the context of my services, personal data may be provided to third parties. For the aforementioned purposes, services of third parties can be used, such as our IT suppliers, testing agencies or other third parties that are engaged in the coaching process. Transfer of your data outside the EEA:
The EEA is the European Economic Area, consisting of the countries of the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland. Your personal data may be processed outside the EEA by our cloud provider Wix.com, for which concrete guarantees have been taken under the law.
In addition, your data may be stored by third parties outside the EU when using Google Analytics, LinkedIn or Facebook in contact with you. These parties are "EU-US Privacy Shield" certified, so that they will comply with European privacy regulations.
How long we keep your data:
Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes stated in this privacy statement. This means that your personal data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to achieve the relevant goals.
Certain data must be kept longer, because I have to comply with legal retention obligations, such as the fiscal retention obligation.
How we secure your data:
I think it is important that your personal data is protected against loss or unauthorized access of your personal data. Therefore, I have taken appropriate security measures.
Profiling:
Analyzes are made of the information collected about you. We do this in order to improve our services and to provide feedback and advice to clients by means of reports.
In addition, I combine the personal data that comes from the various sources such as the website and app, in order to offer you personalized information.
Your rights:
You have the right to request me to inspect your personal data. After receiving your request, you will receive an overview of your personal data within 1 month. If this shows inaccuracies, you can request me to adjust, supplement, delete or protect your data.
You can also request me to transfer your personal data or you can object to the processing of your personal data due to special personal circumstances.
